MEET MY BETA
Welcome to this here beta, her name is 123T Create.
She’s a little shy, but you’ll get to know her over time.
She’s my amalgamation of looking at creativity and effectivity ideas “identifying the essential; eliminating the rest”*. This approach, she’s got balls, now she just needs refining. Maybe put a dress on her.
That’s why you’re here, to help me identify her essentials, and eliminate the rest.
How’s that for a simple introduction? Read on for more interesting details…
ONE HUNDRED DAYS
This is a 100 day commitment. To yourself.
Try it for 10 days and get some experience you can examine.
In the first 10 days you will learn a basic technique and build your own basic tool to become more effective.
If you want to get more measurable experience continue for 30.
In 30 days you will take your basic technique and turn it into a habit. You may also develop a fetish for pushing your boundaries.
If you want to really want to change your creative effectiveness for the better keep going for 100 days.
In 100 days I hope to help you learn 4 core habits, a handful of strong techniques and build a single tool to help you get you measurable experience. What for? Preparation for creating your next vision in the next 100 days.
Don’t worry.
The time you spend here should be an hour or two max in any ten day period. I hope.
WHERE DO I START?
You have ten days to prepare. Then you set out.
The power of the 123T process is that it is cyclical. The same things you learn in the beginning you will be reinforcing at the end (’cause it’s really not an end – it’s another beginning… blah, blah philosophy blah). This preparation period is key – because you will be doing a refined version of it at the end of every 100 day cycle.
You begin with Day .10 (d.10)
Go to the 123T HUB, enter your beta password and follow the instructions. Be sure to set aside 20 minutes to read, assimilate and act. Eliminate distractions.
And go!

FAQ’s
What is 123T
It’s my simple approach to consistent creation. Doing more of what you care about, and less of what you don’t. Want to learn more, or become part of the beta? Hit me up on Google+, be sure to include “123T” in there somewhere.
123T is not for you if –
You prefer the security of working 8, 10, 12 hours creating someone else’s vision.
You prefer to continue consuming more than you create.
You prefer maintaining the status quo.
Why is it in Beta?
While the collection of techniques and one tool that I call “123T” have helped me make simple, significant changes in my life I want to refine it and see how a focused group of individuals apply and evolve it.
